ABOUT THE ROLE: Based in Gladstone QLD, this position will support procurement activities across two major operational sites. The successful candidate will work across a diverse portfolio including civil scopes, mechanical services, and materials procurement. You will be involved in: End-to-end sourcing and tender activities Supplier engagement and negotiations RFQ and contract processes Contract administration support Procurement support for maintenance and capital project work What We’re Looking For Previous exposure to procurement, sourcing, contracts, or commercial support Experience assisting with tenders, RFQs, or supplier negotiations Contract administration experience highly regarded Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A willingness to learn and grow within procurement Important Requirements Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gladstone, QLD Site attendance required across operational facilities Full PPE compliance required APPLY NOW!
